Recipe for the Risotto al Cuore di Frutta

RECIPE FOR A GOOD RISOTTO AL CUORE DI FRUTTA

The Risotto with Cuore di Frutta is a unique and tasty first course, which is effortless to prepare and with whom you’ll have the chance to either delight your friends or amaze your kids, either way, it is bound to be a success!


Ingredients:
Servings for 4 people

  • 350 gr of Carnaroli Rice
  • 80 gr of Onion
  • 50 gr of Butter
  • 200 gr of Cuore di Frutta Juice: Organic Orange
  • 40 gr Parmigiano Reggiano or alternatively Grana Padano, Taleggio or Robiola cheese
  • 40 gr White Wine
  • q.b. Chives (3 tablespoons)
  • q.b. Fine Salt
  • q.b. White Pepper
  • 1 Lt Vegetable Broth

Preparation:

  • Take a large enough pan.
  • Prepare 80 gr of onion, peeled and chopped, fry it well in melted butter, add the rice and let it toast for a few minutes, blend with white wine, add the Cuore di Frutta juice.
  • While stirring continuously, cook the rice and add the vegetable broth whenever necessary.
  • When the rice is cooked enough, add the chives, add salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
  • Add the cheese and butter, stir well.
  • Serve the risotto on the table.
